Most food labels use grams. Can you visualize a gram? I can't either.
For example, a 12-ounce can of Coke has 39 grams of sugar. Four grams is about the equivalent of one teaspoon. The calculation: 39/4 = 9.75 teaspoons of sugar. That’s a lot of sugar.
