58. Eat with the seasons.


It will make your food choices more interesting and you’ll be more in tune with nature. The tomato is a Summer crop. You’ll be able to find them year-round, however, they won’t taste very good. Here’s a fascinating story about most store-bought tomatoes.

Here's a couple of examples: In the Winter, consume a lot of soup. Soup makes for a great low calorie lunch that is packed with protein. To "fiber-up" your soup, add a handful of brown rice. Once Summer comes, try sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, topped off with a balsamic dressing.
