42. Fresh frozen.


Frozen fruit and vegetables are fine substitutes for the fresh ones. In fact, since they won’t rot, they’re a great alternative. Frozen fruit is great for smoothies, cereal, and yogurt. As for veggies, always have a few bags in the freezer. Try using them in some simple dishes – omelet, add to marinara sauce, veggie hummus wraps, pizza and more.
