In addition to nature, get addicted to these:

  1. Health - make it a priority
  2. Simplicity - make it as simple as possible
  3. Water - soda is not an option.
  4. Good food - always be on the lookout for great food and recipes
  5. Satiety - when eating, think fiber and protein
  6. Exercise - ones that are enjoyable
  7. Sleep - research has identified sleep as one of the components to living a healthy lifestyle
  8. Laughter - great medicine
  9. Friendship - relationships are important
  10. Nature - our planet is amazing - enjoy it.
