53. Locate a bar.


Identify a fiber bar and protein bar that you like. For fiber, try FiberLove. There are many protein bars on the market. Purchase a few different brands and take them for a taste-test. 

On a personal note, I have stopped eating protein bars. I have found that a spoonful of peanut butter is most satisfying. Try it, you might like it.
