76. It's party time.
When attending a party or going to a restaurant where you anticipate a lot of food, have a small snack before you go – a few almonds (14 is about 100 calories), apple, protein bar or some other high protein/fiber snack. When you arrive at the party, you won’t be “starving”. Studies have shown that people do consume fewer calories when they have a small snack prior to indulging in a large meal.
