75. Dining out? You have entered the danger zone.  


Typically, foods served in restaurants are high in calories, sugar, salt, added fat, and the portions are enormous. Try this: Order from the appetizer menu, share a main course, or cut the meal in half and take it home for another meal. Even a sandwich can be huge. Cut it in half and have it for lunch the next day. Yes, eating a healthy diet can save you money – two for the price of one.

It will be a good exercise to review restaurant menus.
