55. Make fruit smoothies a part of your routine. 


Since fruit smoothies are naturally sweet, you might find that they “dampen down” the desire for fattening desserts – cookies, cake, ice cream, and other sugary delights.

The only way to experience this is to try it. Try the “the kitchen sink” fruit smoothie – apple, banana, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and peanut butter. Of course, use fruit that you enjoy. Try it with frozen fruit – it never spoils.
