51. Pack it!


When you travel, pack it. Pack some snacks. Take a backpack filled with your favorite snacks. Some good snacks to pack are almonds, jerky, hard-boiled egg, peanut butter, fiber bar, protein bar, and fruit. Recently, I found this great snack (roasted garbanzo beans) .

You might need to apply the “pack it principle” for work-time lunches too. Here's a great pack it bag.
