33. Can't get enough of your best friend?
It’s easy. For breakfast have a *high-fiber cereal. Be sure to add a lot of fruit. For lunch, have a sandwich with a high-fiber wrap or a vegetable/lentil/bean soup. For even more fiber, add brown rice to the soup. You can find fiber in many delicious foods. Here's an excellent fiber guide. Scan through the page to identify some of the foods that will boost your fiber intake. You don't have to eat all of them. Identify a few that you will enjoy on a regular basis.
