27. Diet dogma - leaving the Circle of Disease.


The spectrum of eating styles range from vegan to paleo. Interestingly, you can lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle on almost any plan. It’s equally important what you don’t eat. To stay out of the Circle of Disease, eliminate these items: fast-food, junk food, processed food, candy, soda, minimize sugar, and up the exercise.
