However, digest it and pick out the gems that work for you. Here’s one example: The Ten Commandments of Weight Loss Maintenance – from Thou shalt eat breakfast to Thou shalt turn off the TV.

While all “Commandments” are valid, I only follow five of them (1, 6, 7, 8, and 9 - and related to #9, I do not own a pedometer). We all have things that work for us. Identify yours and stick to them.
