61. Read the ingredients.
Conventional wisdom: If there are more than five ingredients in the package and ones that you cannot pronounce, put the package back on the shelf. If you see the words: Partially Hydrogenated Oil, that’s trans fat. It’s a known artery-clogger killer. Slowly, but surely, it is being taken out of our food supply. Unfortunately, not fast enough.
