This presentation about nutrition is excellent. She speaks at length about health benefits of fiber (and protein). However, as it relates to satiety, she barely discusses the benefit of fiber and protein. This is an example that demonstrates that experts never discuss these two nutrients for satiety. Nor do they combine it with taste (Identify foods with health benefits that taste great).
